hockey is where you work as a team and try hit that one round small ball into the goal its the whole thing about the game to watch the ball go through the goal know matter what age you are it's a great game team sport to play it's physical and really fun not so much the basics but when your out there and playing it's great!

A small round ball? hockey sometimes is a bit tiring for me sometimes, but it's great fun and exersise!
